R & K Supply Company was formed in 1980. We have stayed
a small family owned business dedicated to providing our customers
with quality products and personalized service. We
promise to do whatever it takes to earn the continued confidence
of our customers.
We try to distinguish our company and its products from our competitors
with the use of our trademarks The Tool Kit People®, Pro-Tec®,
Mini-Pro®, Micro- Pro®, Pro-Tainer®, Pro-Wheel® Pro-Vider®, Rota-Trunk®,
and Rota-Tote®. We answer our own phones, process
customer orders personally, and assemble and ship each order to
ensure our customers receive their orders on time and right!
Our Guarantee is simple...
- Hand
Tools are "lifetime guaranteed". If a tool
should break return it to us for a free "no-charge"
replacement.
- Attaché
Tool Cases are covered against defects in materials and workmanship
for 1 year. Latches, handles (including telescopic handles),
and wheels will be replaced free during the first year.
- Zipper
Tool Cases are covered for 1 year against defects in materials
and workmanship. This guarantee includes free replacement
if a zipper fails within the first year.
